The Himalayan Policy and Research Foundation (HPRF) invites original papers for publication on the theme “Towards Progressive Jammu & Kashmir.” Contributors as Scholars, Research Associates, Writers, Journalists may explore any topic that reflects progress, development, or transformative change in Jammu & Kashmir, and submissions are invited specifically under the sub-themes:
a: Internal Security
b: Panchayat Raj (Three Tier system)
c: Climate Change
d: Aspirational Youth
e: Transcendental Civilization
Submission Guidelines:
- Length: 1500–2000 words

- Last Date for Submission: 23th November 2025
- References: Any data, argument, or factual information used must be duly cited with hyperlinked sources.
- Originality: Articles must be authentic and not AI-generated. Submissions showing more than 10% AI-generated content will be rejected and not considered for expert review.
Evaluation and Recognition:
All submissions will be evaluated by a panel of experts, and the decision regarding acceptance or non-acceptance will be communicated accordingly. The three to five best papers will be awarded, while all other contributors will be facilitated with certificates of participation during a one-day program to be held in December 2025 (date and venue to be announced separately).
